Sure Bruce, I would be happy to assist. First off what is the version number of the plugin? If when you open the php file you should see something like version: 1.5.4 If it is this version # you first will want to upload it like any other plugin then activate it. Be careful that you do not have any other rates or shipping calculators set until you get fedex plugin working.
